Registration

To register for an exam, please fill in the form below and select your exam. You can find the corresponding exam codes on the annual overview 2024-2025 and autumn 2025 (Dutch website). Registration is possible up to three weeks before the exam.

Exam location:

Exams take place in Amsterdam, unless it is mentioned that it is an online proctored exam. The exact location in Amsterdam will be sent to you a few weeks before the exam date. Information regarding time tables can be found on the annual overview (see above).

Costs

The exam fee is € 160 per exam or resit. The invoice for the exam fee will be sent to the same address as for the course fee payment. If you’d like to receive the invoice at a different address, you must indicate this on the form below.

Before you register, please read the payment and cancellation conditions that apply to all EpidM exams.

Exam material

A description of the exam material and practice questions will be published on Canvas no later than 3 weeks before the exam date.
