Why this privacy statement
EpidM respects your privacy. In this Privacy Statement EpidM informs you about the way in which EpidM handles your personal data. By using EpidM’s websites or otherwise providing us with personal information, you agree to this Privacy Statement.
Below we have described which data we process from you, why we do this and how this data is handled. The processing of your personal data has been reported by EpidM to its data protection officer. This data protection officer is registered with the College Bescherming Persoonsgegevens and ensures that the processing by VUmc is in accordance with the Privacy Statement.
EpidM reserves the right to make changes to the Privacy Statement. We therefore advise you to regularly check the Privacy Statement for any changes.
Personal data that we process
We store data that we need to allow you to participate in our education: full name, date of birth, contact details (address and email address), previous education data, invoice data, test and exam results, data about certificates and diplomas obtained.
We only keep data that is actually relevant, and we don’t keep it longer than necessary. It goes without saying that we handle your data carefully and confidentially. We only pass on your data to people or organizations that are involved in our courses and training and of whom we know that they handle your data with the same care. Of course we do not sell any personal data.
View, modify or delete data
You have the right to ask us to view, correct or delete your data. If this has consequences for the education you follow with us, we will let you know. How we protect personal data
EpidM takes the protection of your data seriously and takes appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorized modification.
